For Producers

Introduce your wine
through experience first.

Hidden Bottle Collective selects wines independently for blind discovery. When a wine is chosen, its producer is welcome to collaborate — shaping a richer reveal that customers reach after they’ve tasted, without label bias.

What We Are

A discovery channel,
not a distribution deal.

Hidden Bottle Collective places a small number of chosen wines in front of a carefully assembled audience — under conditions built to give each wine its fairest hearing. Customers taste blind. No label. No context. No price point in view.

The reveal follows when the tasting impression is already formed. At that moment — when curiosity is highest and the wine has already proven something — customers scan the QR tag and your winery appears: your story, your vintage, and a direct link to find more.

That is the moment Hidden Bottle Collective creates. What the customer does with it is between them and you.

“Let the wine speak first.”

Hidden Bottle Collective creates the introduction. Your wine earns the reputation. The connection that follows is between you and the customer directly.

The Reveal Page

Your story, at the right moment.

After tasting your wine blind, a customer scans the numbered tag. The reveal page opens. It carries your winery name, the wine, the vintage, your story, and a direct link to you — arriving at the moment their curiosity about what they just tasted is at its highest point.

The reveal page is not a sales page. It is an introduction. Each page is built by Hidden Bottle Collective around the specific wine in each release, and is accessible only via the QR tag on that bottle.

What We Look For

Not every wine.
Not every release.

Hidden Bottle Collective chooses wines independently, release by release, for quality and character rather than reputation. Our selections begin close to home, but discovery isn’t limited by region or border — we work with wines that say something when they are met without context.

If yours is one of them, collaborating lets you shape how it is revealed — but the selection is always ours to make.

Wine Quality

Wines that hold their own in a blind tasting — not because they are showy, but because they have genuine character. A considered palate should find them interesting.

Producer Philosophy

Producers who can articulate why their wine is made the way it is. The reveal page is built on that story. If there is no story worth telling, the reveal does not land.

Scale

Boutique to small–mid-size producers. We are not looking for established household names — we are looking for wines that deserve to be discovered.

Participation

What taking part
may involve.

Practical, and deliberately light. A small release means small quantities of selected wines — this is a story-led, premium blind tasting context, not a volume channel and not a discount list.

  • Small release quantities — selected wines, chosen release by release
  • Basic wine and story information from you: the people, the place, the approach
  • Tasting notes — yours, or written with HBC
  • A bottle or label image, if available
  • An optional short quote or producer note for the reveal page
  • HBC designs and controls the reveal page; all winery-specific content is checked with you for accuracy before release
A Note on Outcomes

Hidden Bottle Collective creates a quality discovery experience and positions your wine well within it. What we cannot guarantee is a specific sales outcome: cellar-door enquiries, mailing-list sign-ups and direct purchases depend on the wine, the vintage and what customers do after the reveal. We build the conditions; the rest is between you and the customer. We are early-stage, and clear about that.
