Everyone makes a call.

Guests scan the card on their table and join on their own phone, with no app and no account. For each numbered bottle they choose a grape, a country, a vintage and the price they’d pay, score it and lock it in. When your host reveals the wine, the whole room finds out at the same moment.

Check Your Date

The founding rate includes preparation of your private HBC tasting experience, wine lineup configuration, host guidance, guest QR access, the digital tasting, guest calls and the shared reveal.

Larger rooms run as several tables, each joining from its own QR, with one reveal for the whole room. Groups over 20 and more customised experiences are quoted individually. We’re taking a small number of founding bookings.

What is an HBC Corporate Blind Tasting?

An interactive blind wine tasting built around wines chosen by your event organiser. HBC sets up the tasting for your guests and guides your host through the reveal.

Who chooses the wines?

You do. The organiser selects the wines they want the group to taste.

Does Hidden Bottle Collective provide the wine?

Not in the standard Corporate Tasting format. The organiser or venue provides and serves the wine while HBC creates the blind tasting experience around it.

Who conceals the bottles, and is it difficult?

The event host conceals and numbers the bottles before guests arrive, using HBC’s preparation instructions and materials. No specialist knowledge or equipment is needed.

Do guests need an app?

No. Guests join using a QR code through their phone browser.

Does the venue need Wi-Fi?

Guests need internet access to use the HBC tasting experience. Venue Wi-Fi or reliable mobile data is sufficient. We recommend checking connectivity at the venue before the event.

Can we use our own venue?

Yes. The experience is designed to work around an organiser’s chosen venue and wine service. Event requirements are confirmed when the tasting is scoped.

Can larger groups take part?

What do we get afterwards?
