How We Select
Every wine is chosen for what’s in the glass.
We choose the wine.
Not the label.
We choose every wine in every release ourselves, for quality, character and how well it tastes blind.
We buy through normal trade channels: wineries, wholesalers and distributors. A wine earns its place in a release because of what is in the glass — not because of who made it, how well known they are, or whether they took part.
Some producers
get involved.
When a producer works with us, the reveal gets richer and more personal. It is never a condition of selection.
A wine gets the same place in a release whether or not its maker is involved.

Every reveal is true.
Whatever appears on a reveal page is accurate and properly sourced. We never suggest that a winery has endorsed, approved or partnered with Hidden Bottle Collective unless that is genuinely the case.
